Dear Sir/Mam,

Today evening around 05:44 pm i have got a call from HDFC bank for offer a credit card, before this i had got 4-5 calls from the bank, so i told to the company's representative (Teli Caller) "i don't need any kind of card n so please write down my name in your Do not Disturb List bcz i am fade up with these kind of calls, right now i am very busy. She replied very rudly: i don't know what are you doing now, are you sleeping or waking up. Then I asked: pls give me your senior's no. i'll talk to them, after that she has disconnected the phone.

Then i redialed the same no.(011-30567441) and asked for complaint no. i got replied "iam just giving you the no. but i did not get any revert from the company.

Please do the needfull as soon as possible.
