Atm cash problem

Dear Sir,

I am an HDFC account holder and my account number is 04452640000281/ branch Tirupur. I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs, 20, 000 from your ATM ATTACHED TO YOUR KUMARAN ROAD BRANCH on 17th june

Atually the amount (20, 000) was debited from my account but the ATM machine did not dispense any cash.

I had registered acomplaint immediately to the call centre and I was given the reference number (CHN030372),

I was told that this problem would be solved immediately but there was no action taken. After 15 days I had to call again for the same reason and I was given the new reference number (CHN033343).

It is one month now and there is no response still. I ve also given the filled cash back form last month.

This is not the service standard expected from a corporate Bank. This issue can get serious as you have caused me a lot of inconvenience.

Request your kindself to solve this issue as soon as posible.
