Wrong charges from account & wrong deduction from account

This is my complain that i have a S/B account is HDFC & my account number is 00544000258403. Already i have FD of Rs 25000/- in HDFC after opening my account in HDFC. After this FD i have deposited Rs 13000/-.

Executive who has opened my account he has committed me that after keeping FD of Rs 25000/- no need to maintain minimum balance of Rs 5000/-.

So many times i have enquired on your phone banking help desk but no support i got from their.

Then after i have submitted an written application in HDFC C Scheme Branch Jaipur. They has committed that soon fund will be re tranfer in my account but still is has not been done.

I m attachin one screen shot with this mail whic can help you in showing on other concern. On 4th Aug i have withdrawn Rs 500/- from my HDFC account i have used Indian Bank ATM at Mansarovar Jaipur-Rajasthan.

I withdrawn only Rs 500/- but my account is showing Rs 500/- two times. For this also i launched one complain on 4th Aug my complain id is mum069770.

12 days time has been given by you executive but still no action has been taken.

Your services are very bad. I m feeling that an opening an account in HDFC is of no use your HDFC is playing with me & on daily basis i cannot launch complain none of your executive is showing any interest in resolving my query. From Bottom to Top no body is helping. Your C Scheme Branch Female executives who are sitting are making fun of Account holders.
