CHEQUE LOST

I, BHUVNESH KUKREJA, a customer of HDFC bank wants to file a complaint against the bank. I submitted a cheque of RS.3- (cheque no.-301570) on 13-April-09 which the bank lost. I visited the bank frequently but i could not get a suitable response. I have neither got a cheque nor the money till date . please investigate the matter and do reply me soon. I will be thankful to you
