Hi,

I Rahul Chawla wants to inform that I am holding the Hdfc Bank Account (Account No 00881050620974) and I have requested for the new Debit Card 20 days back and I haven't received the card as yet.

I have already called up the customer care for the new card & I have received the Pin no for the new card but not received the new card. I again called up the customer care to know the status of my new Debit Card (Request no del123118) they responded that they are not able to get my address to deliver the card. How could this be possible that they can deliver my new Debit Card Pin No but not able to deliver the New Debit Card? I am facing lots of problem to do my Banking Transaction.

Kindly check the matter & revert ASAP.
