i steped into hdfc ATM within bank premise (address: #548/D, Maruthi Mansion, CMH Road, 1st Stage
Indira Nagar, Bangalore - 560038) to withdraw mini statement i was amazed as wel as disappointed to notice that for my previous withdrawal frm centurion bank ATM which is now under hdfc is deducting charges for cash withdrwal ..
i requested the guard (1 usually found seated at ATM) to provide me the wireless toll free equipment to let me clarify this with cx care..1 guard (probably senior) standing nearby stepped-in & he rudely denied saying "u r late" its possible only till 3:30pm... I asked his name. he says "P K GIRI" now this guard was having gud mery-making time resting himself on railing, "no name" visible on his uniform, (no way i can verify his name) "no id card on chest" same scene is prevalent at ATM doorstep till the date of typing this msg!
one gentlemen provided me cx numbers & infornt of guard i called cx care.. executive named Usha picked-up she provided satisfactory clarification including that 'all communication with the bank n frm within the bank is possible only till 3:30pm (mon-fri) n 1:30 (sat)'
now I conveyed abt the attitude of the guard... to register my complaint she insisted to verify his identity "now comes the trouble" since guard is aware that im complaining for his rude behavior he is no mood to provide his emp id ..rather he yelled at me in public, arrogantly shouted at me saying "I DONT HAVE ANY EMP ID"
cx care executive on the other end overheard the entire conversation n registered the complaint against his uncivilized behavior
but the guard is still hanging on at the same ATM with similar vibes.. i longer wish to step-in.. it clearly suggests that the bank management doesn't hav any room for customer's dignity
