I would like to state that despite my constant reminders to HDFC bank and assurance from your executive abhishek kumar that he will be the sole point of contact regarding my settlement, this has not happened and i am being constantly harassed by the bank from diffrent executives (one being sunanda ghambir) Rajouri garden branch who in the month of may had sent agents 4 times to my house and harassed my mother on the phone.

The bank has not kept its promise of getting one point of contact for me as a customer who is paying his dues and now in july i have a diffrent person demanding for payments. How many times am i supposed to speak to diffrent agents, managers and what is thier authenticity.

As per the below mail you have put in the settlement amount which i have a copy OF and it differs, and what gurantee is ther that next month i will be speaking to the same executive. NONE IM SURE AS THERE IS NO FULL NAME IN THE BELOW MAIL (JUST A NUMBER AND I SUPPOSED TO PAY THE BANK ON THE BASIS OF CONVERSATIONS WITH MULTIPLE AGENTS). THE MANAGERS HAVE ALSO NOT ASSISTED ME IN GIVING ME INFORMATION ON MY RIGHTS AND PAYMETS MADE TO THE BANK EVEN THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT DIFFERS???
