This below written letter has been sent to Hdfc Bank Customer Care but no reply given from the customer care & The manager of HDFC Bank Cards Division.

Sir,
This is to request you to please stop phone calling & letter sending regarding to the Credit Card A/c. 5176523000095255. as soon as possible as the A/c. has been requested to close by sending Fax: on 28-03, at Fax No. 044-23746122 and fax has been received.
while I had already closed My Credit Card A/c.by sent a Letter through Fax on 28-03, to above mentioned FAX No. & Dated. why your Card Division has unnecessarily generating continue the letter of debit amount on my A/c. And sending it to me?
As per your letter Ref. No. 080660401R0031878 Dt. 06-08-09 in the 2) No. massage at the bottom of the letter is clearly written that as per basis of my request the credit card A/c. has been cancelled.
If, as per basis of my request that my credit card A/c. has been cancelled than how did the bank raising debit amount in my A/c., because the date I had faxed my request letter is 28-03. and I had no any dues on that day in My Credit Card A/c. I have never been used my credit card except one Bajaj Allianj Policy given as per telephonic conversation unexpectedly. I had letter called Bajaj Allianj over telephone to close the policy any how that my Credit Card A/c. not being close due to the policy.
Please investigate the A/c. properly and terminate the process of sending Dr. Letter to me and obliged.
Please do the needful as earliest otherwise you bount me to go to the
West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal.
