I still haven t received my ATM CARD, TIN NO, PIN NO, I ALREADY PUT THEIR REQUEST LIKE 3 TIMES. I DON T UNDERSTAND NOWDAYS IN THIS BUSY WORLD WHY WE NEED TO PERSONALLY GO TO BRANCH. WHY CAN T THEY TAKE SUCH REQUEST ON PHONES.

AND THEN INTERNET BANKING IS ONE MORE BIG HEADACHE. IF FORGET THE PASSWORD. U NEED TO GO TO BRANCH IF U DON T HAVE TIN. AND THEN THAT TEMPERORY PASSWORD COMES IN 10- 15 DAYS.

i JUST REQUEST PLS MAKE ALL THIS WORK ONLINE. IT WILL REDUCE CROWD IN BRANCHES.
