Without my consent hold account

I am a salary account (A/c no:0061050160362) holder of HDFC bank for the last 2 years. But without my consent suddenly hold amount has been credit card payment. i contact hdfc phone banking service but i have unsatisfied his answer. i have taken personal loan in bank and i have ragulaar instollment for bank. my personal loan account record very clean.
