HDFC BANK Salary Saving Account
Amount debited from account but not received cash

Dear sir,

i got salary from my company into my HDFC Bank account on 31 august 09, my account number is 15851140003384. on 1 sept i went to hdfc bank atm (riddi siddhi, gopalpur, jaipur) to withdraw my amount for Rs. 20000/-. i used my debit card to withdraw money (Debit Card no:4386243010155937) but amount was debited from my account and i did not get cash. agin i used my card to withdraw Rs. 1000 and i received that amount.

i complained in call centre. next day i went to Branch of HDFC (c-scheme, jaipur). there staff are telling that you will get by evening, tomorrow, today.

sir my humble request to you that please do the needful because i fully dfepand on may salary. i have car EMI, Child Fees, medicines.

Almost 3 days passed and i have not received any satisfactory answer.
