Negligency in the process of ISA

We are having a joint saving Bank Account at HDFC, Branch-Kolkata, Raghunathpur, Dhariwal House, On VIP, Kolkata-700059. Bearing Account No.00281600001271.

In the month of November' 08, we applied for extension/ processing of Investor Service Account for which from KYC also filled. Time to time the case was pursued by us & in the month of Jan, 09, your official at the branch informed that till date the KYC has not registered, however they will follow up the case and shortly the ISA account will be activated.

Today I personally met your official, they told me to resubmit the forms of KYC, then only the case of ISA could be processed.

My complaint, 1 Where the forms has missed, office has failed to show me any document

that the case was processed to the competent authority

2. Such type of Services is not expected from HDFC Bank.

3. It is expected to get an communication if any problem arises to our

application for ISA & KYC.

4. It requested to give a communication on the subject matter at & requested an early action on the matte
