Not recieved the pan card

I know my all details of pan card, [this is my pan no. ACUPY4491P]

But i could not receive my pan card. i have summit my pan application before 7 months.

i wants my pan card my updated address.

and my address is 10B/162/ VASUNDHARA, GHAZAIBAD10,

AND my contact no. is 9717890415.

so kindly send my pan card immediate.
