Not recieved money from atm

Dear Sir,

I (Ajay Saxena) am having a salary account in united bank of india (a/c no: 1496010100852) This is regarding a transaction (Dated: 09-04 time 13:56), txn no: CWTR000000364253/942009swt) made from my salary account, I was withdrawing Rs. 5000 from HDFC BANK ATM in A block indira nagar lucknow, the whole process took place, but at end the message which was shown was ‘TIME OUT’ and the amount was deducted from my salary account. So please look into this matter I’ll be highly obliged to you.
