Dear Sir,

Your courrier boy had come to my house to deliver my HDFC bank credit card. Since I was having a bath I had asked my maid to ask him to wait for 2 mins. He refused to do the same and said he would come back. Not only did he not come back, he has sent the same back to the bank causing me grave inconvenince, kindly train your staff to provide better service.
