Wrong Behaviour and calls made

From the landline number from which i was called i came to know later that this number - (080) 66633816 was from the HDFC Credit Card division. The lady name "Sarika" from the JP Nagar Branch (Bangalore) who called me told that i was some "ranju" / "rajiv singh" (which is not my name/i never had any savings or credit card a/c with HDFC) and started asking questions about my address and behaved very rudely. She expected that i should give her all my personal info and at that point where she thought i should believe that she was from HDFC.

I didnt agree to talk to such a lunatic and she kept calling me again. So it is a wrong number she was calling and misbehaving. I kept my cool just because she was a lady. She has no decency to speak. Everytime i used cut the call, she called back. This happened Nov 13th.

I would request the HDFC Management to sack such an employee. She is a liability for the company.

The only transaction i had with HDFC was a Bike loan which i cleared two years back but i sure i would not ever deal with HDFC because of Sarika.
