i have a credit card with HDCF from 2003.. my billing date is on the 4th..and paymt due date is on the 24th but they startd calling me from the 6th aksing me to make the payment immmand i droped a cheque. which i do every month... but they continued calling me telling make a cash payment imm... i gave the cheque # and and amt and all information..they told they will update the records... the very next day they started calling me again and abusing me... and if i disconnect the call they keep calling me and irritaing..me... They use words like B... which is not acceptable..i want to record the calls and lodge a compalint they refuse to take complaints and transfer to supervisor or give their ID..its is the same guy who calls me... more than 10 times a day..for the last two days... and i dnt understand when i have i have time till the 24th thy are calling me bef hand today is the 11th. only..and i dnt have any pervios bills which is pending... so tell me how to go about it... can i lodge a complaint else where coz thy dnt take it over the phone...
