Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I own a HDFC BANK 'S CREDIT CARD bearing NO. 4346781005922000 IS ISSUED with the name of AJAY KUMAR having the correspondence address: - No 37, Castle Street, Ashok Nagar, Bangalore 560025. I have submitted my company HR Letter and visiting card too as a proof.
On 27/12 for the first time I used my card for amount Rs 2548 and I was waiting for the Credit card bill and ATM pin to pay my bill amount.
Today i.e on 34/02 I received a sms to my cell phone stating “Dear Customer, your HDFC card **2000 is overdue for pmt of Rs 400. Total dues Rs 3040.
After calling the customer care I came to know that my billing address is wrongly entered in the database, instead of pin code 560025 they have entered to 560001 in the database because of which I did not receive the bill and couldn’t do the payment.
So I request you to kindly look into this issue and give concession for me from paying the overdue and ask the concerned person to update the correct address in the database and do the needful.
