HDFC Credit Card
Paying extra payment

Dear sir,

My name is. S.Ranganathan iam having credit card of hdfc A/c no is 517635001810575.

i have closed my a/c with nill balance one year before.and i have sent closing letter also but iamm not received closing letter.

3 year before i have taken 17, 000 (seventeen thousand cash loan) for that monthly premium is 565/-

but iam paying monthly Rs=1000 or 2000 also.but hdfc bank credit, they are not sending statement.when iam call customer care they not informing me the balance amount.

iam very confuse i have paid more then 30000/=now i want close.the my a/c.

please do the need full. Thank you.
