Abusive language used by collection department

i m having a credit card of ur bank bearing no 4346781005275896 i m paying monthly minimum amount due to executive send by bank every month last month i didnt pay any amount to ur bank . ur collection department calls me & use abusive language with me every day, in that case i m sorry to pay any of ur dues & i will lodge complaint against bank & ms NIDHI who calls me frm01145603416 & use abusive language i hav payed interest more than i hav spend on my c.card
