I have been using my hdfc credicard no 5176521007649850 i have been having problems using my online transaction facility which i use to book train tickets . i have made three requests over a period of last 3 weeks with no response whatsover. They are not even bothered to take up my case and i need to put up my case as a new one everytime i call. what i awfull sight of the customer care centres they are only interested in making new customers but not at all interested in servicing them
