Respected sir,

I had trying to book my train ticket trough IRCTC on dated 6th nov.2007 for travelling from nasik road to kalyan (Maharashtra)

On three times due to any net problem ticket had not booked but amount for same reservation was deducted from my account.

I had received mail from IRCTC like :--

Dear Customer,

We deeply regret that this reservation (reference no.0030370660, 0030366994 and 0030378544) as requested by you could not materialize due to Request cannot be processed while Booking. Kindly retry the booking if you have not been able to complete your booking yet. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We will make the refund back to your account shortly if it was Debited from your Account.
