HDFC Credit Card
Billing after one year of surrender of Credit Card

I`ve submitted my HDFC Credit Card (5176 5210 0683 0162), which was used & unsigned on 11th July at your Bistupur Branch, Jamshedpur. The received surrender copy of the same duly signed with stamp is with me.

On May I`ve received a Bajaj Allianz Insurance package through HDFC Credit Card & got a bill (ref. no.-051760001R0023593) of Rs. 2572.59. After that I have written a complain letter to the Manager, HDFC Credit Card Section, Kolkata on 12th June. But yet to get any response.

Again I have received a Bill (ref.no.-101760001R0023646) of Rs. 5144.38.

My questions are:

1. How you can claim any amount against it after one year of calcellation?

2. Why my card was not blocked/cancelled by you in time in spite of giving me a surrender copy?
