Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Dipmala, using credit card of HDFC Bank. I have not Payed the payment of october. Collection Department of Bangalore, Richmond circle Branch, employee named Kalpana is threatning me to to give the payment by29th-Nov-09, before 5 PM.As i told her to collect a check of total due Payment for the Month of oct & Nov for the date of 1st dec. Kalpana is behaving very rude and forcing me for the Payment. She is using different rough language & entertaining in personal things.
Please, do the needfull, Kalpana is really Harrashing by calling agaain & again. I am ready for the Payment for the date of 1st Dec 09, as i have not yet received the salary.
She should know how to behave with a customer. Beacuse of her monthly target she forget to repect the customer.
