I have been there customer form past 4 years and regularly paying there dues.
I received a call from there telecaller regarding there payment of outstanding. i was in the office and was busy in meeting because of that i wasnt able to take there call. when i was able to telecaller started using all sort of abusive language. i have discontinued there services and paid all there overdue.
i want to know the legal implication.i want escalate the matter please guide and advice
