Worst service from HDFC credit card division

This was a worst experience using HDFC Credit card no - 4346772002561776, for which i had received an setlement letter for Rs. 25000/- after i had paid the amount this was agreed by the Credit card department - Mr. Arun Kumar (debt management) airport road branch - Ph- 9343488058, and after 6 month they have deducted Rs. 38380.39 from my HDFC account directly, which is not a small amount for me and which was my company money. these people only bluff people and cheat them this way... which is really bad on their part... as i have the letter given by the bank and the proof of the receipt for 25000/-... can any one help me how i can get the monies back from the bank
