I am using HDFC Credit card, I was suppose to make a minimum payement of 1000 Rs. When they called me I told them my salary date is on 1oth and will be making the payment on 11th. But under un avoidable circumstances i had to go to Hyderabad and since I was on roaming i did not pick there call.
Again on 14th they had called me as I was not well and was not in a position to answer any calls. One of the executive has give a call to my landline and my wife has anwered the call and has told he is not well and is sleeping.
This guys have wrongly updated in there system that since my wife is not well i have not made the payment.
Again they have called me on 17th where I had been to coimbotore as driving again i have not picked the calls. They have called to my landline again and spoken very rudely without any manners and they were very indecent.
They were calling me again on 18th I clearly explained them and asked politlely yu did this but they r least bothered about this and were telling that there r 250 employees and no one knows who called. Itold them that ill take a leagal action.
Again on 23rd one Mr. Mahendra called from 918041684979 and he is threatening me and they are taking my wife's name again and again they r telling if you are not making the payment we will collect it from your wife. They r talking very badly. I dont know y they ere taking my wife in between.
This is rweally shame on HDFC Bank there are many people who r not makingthe payments. But for only 1000 Rs That to i have been making the payment They have behave very rudely and doesnt have any manners to speak to the ladies and r not giving any respect to ladies. Worst bank i ever seen. Kindly take some action against them
