This is to bring in your knowledge some of your female executives are not having any civic sense and turnishing image of your prestigeous bank. From last few days i am getting a call from 03322135336 No. One lady is talking rubbish and cheap language to me. I am a regular user of your credit card. This month i could not payed my due amount due to shifting of my job and location. I have already given them the date for final payement, still they are making rubbish call and harashing me. Today they called up my parents and talked unparliamentary language. Is this is the way of talking to your customer who is having salary account, carloan, personal loan and credit card with your bank from last 2.5 years and not made any default in repayement. Pls do the needful and stop this activities by your employees who are damaging your Prestegeous bank's Brand Image. Your kind intervension and positive response is highly required.waiting for your positive reponse...
