Recovery Is Calling other numbers apart from given contact numbers

Hi All,

This is the second time i am facing a lot of problem from the recovery department. this is really dissatisfying response from the Hdfc bank Customer care & recovery department. i am trying to request from the HDFC Customer care department to approve an settlement on my Gold credit card (# is 4346 7810 0100 2401. ) since last two months, because i can not bear to pay each month installments. but i have not heared any thing from them.

But now, whenever bill payment date comes, they starts calling all the numbers (excluding my personal number), which is totally wrong and unacceptable. so request you to please inform to the respective collection agency to remove all the other numbers which does not belongs to me or what i have not provided to you. and request you to please provide me the schedule for the settlement so that instead of paying the installemnt each month, i will pay it in one or two times and close this card. please do the needful, in this regardrs.
