This is in reference to application number 601936823. I am deeply hurt the way a commercial organization like HDFC is treating me. I had sent an email regarding cancellation of application to concerned executive Mr Manish Vishnoi on 15th of May.
I didn't get my application money refund even by 11 of June and therefore I called customer care as well as wrote an email.
Customer care personnel told me that I will get it within a week. Then I had to call customer care again on 20th of June as I didn't get the money refund even by then.
I am extremely sorry to state that even by 27th of June I didn't get my money refund and worst the customer care personnel who had attended the call refused to give the answer.
If there is anybody over there I am requesting you to look onto this matter on an urgent basis.
This is the worst treatment HDFC could have given to a doctor who has applied for home loan in good faith.
I hope will get reply to this email at least.

i have already sent an email regarding cancellation to the executive mr manish vishnoi regarding this. he has promised me that within a week i will get my home loan processing fee reimbursed, but i have not received any communication/amount so far.
