Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is in regards to the housing loan I had taken from your institution in the year 2002. The Loan A/c# is 91445134 from your Court Road Branch Amritsar (Originally Bank Of Punjab).
At the time of disbursement I was instructed to deposit two original Title Deeds of my home (Title Deed Dtd 03/06/1975 and 10/04). The loan was adjusted and a full and final payment was made by me in the month of October.
After the full & final payment I have been handed over the original Title deed dtd 10/04 but the earlier deed dtd 03/06/1975 is still with your branch.
I have been harassed by your branch employees to an extent that I had to personally visit your Jalandhar branch to collect the above mentioned documents. Here I would specially like to draw your attention towards the behaviour of one of your employee "Shalini" She has been handling our case and has been most un-cooperative to solve this problem. She has further directed us to go to Gurgaon to file a plea for the same.
We have also given constant reminders to the Branch Manager with the photocopies of the Title deed but no action has been initiated from his end as well.
The case has been lingering on for more than 6 months and all our requests have fallen on deaf ear's. I am filling this complaint after being frustrated with one the poorest form of customer service I have ever experienced. I sincerely hope that this effort of mine will not go in vain and a substantial action would be taken against the responsible authorities and a positive solution would be provided to me as soon as possible.
I would further like to add that any misuse of our missing Title Deed or any liabilities against my home would be the sole responsibility of HDFC.
