Hi,

My account number is 2731140006052. First of all iam not happy with ur services. I have issued a check an amount of 1500/- against my credit card payment to ICICI Bank on 06th Nov.07. On that day i was busy with my work. So i told my brother to deposit the money in my account. But ur branch people refuse to do so. They told him they can't deposit the cash by third party. I don't know, what are ur different policies. Today, i went to deposit the money but again ur branch people refuse to deposit the money and after a long conversation they agree to do so at 10:30AM.

Second, My check has been bounced. As per my account i have enough money. But why the check has been dishonoured. I think As per RBI the chek should be in clearing 12:30PM onwards. Who will be the responsible for the check bounce charges and inconvinience. Plz do the needfull.
