HDFC-savings account linked to small time Share depositary
Non operative account-with out debit card is debited quarterly Rs.1000

I hold an HDFC, ACCOUNT at Dwarakanagar Branch of Visakhapatnam. I had surrenderd the debit card, i had asked for sale of depositry shares of about Rs.3000/- worth.

I was away in to USA, and since last one year the bank branch is debiting Rs.1000/- on to the non operational account showing non maintenance of minimum balance of Rs.5000/-.

Thus the bank ate away Rs.2500/- in balance and debited another - .

The shares worth is hardly Rs.3000/- in depositary account, can i not go to the banking obdumen, in India with this dispute.
