Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Jithesh Nair and I have Trading and Demat account with Hdfc Securities. On successful logging into hdfcsec.com sometime during August I was forced to change my password- which I did successfully. Ever since the password change I was not able to login to my securities account.
For finding out more on this I contacted HDFC Securities Customer support representative and mentioned my problem and checked with them the procudure for changing my address and password reset on August 17th. I along with my subsequent mail to the customer support team sent across my scanned copied of my Passport, drivers licence, voter Id etc to enable them to make changes to my Address.
Since then I have been sending mails to them on a regular basis with little or no response from their side. I had to make arrangement for meeting my family financial emergencies through sale of my stocks.
I am surprised and dont know what to do inorder to resolve this problem, I have also been trying to get in touch with some responsible person at HDFC Securities but their site does not have any details pertaining to managing customer grievance.
I thought this would be the best forum to address my problem, Hope someone takes a look at it and initiate necessary actions.
