Last 20 days i am trying to get my forgotton password back... for trading account.
No one is ready to tell exactly where my courier is..neither HDFC Bank nor HDFC Sec ..
There is a big flaw in this site where customer cannot retrieve its password online.
The process of retrieving right now is very poor.
