Hdfcsl, unit linked pension plan
Not received money receipt and bond pape

Dear sir, mr.reyazuddin khan working as sdm of hdfcsl under him sk basir ahamed insured anunit linked pension plan with half yearly premium of rs.6000/- under a post paid cheque no.161372 dt.4.02.2009.on 16.02.2009due to insufficient of fund the said cheque returned to basir ahamed.but on14.03.2009 basir ahamed paid rs.6000/- cash to mr.reyazuddin khan (sdm), till today basir ahamed did not receive his money receipt and bond paper.basir ahamed's proposal no.12623174.please enquire the matter, inform for better appreciation.thanking you, noormojassam.dt.11.07.2009.
