Misselling and no proper response to requests

Policy no: 10302796, I went to hdfc bank to purchase mutual fund, they got cheque frm me and issued youngstar plan saying this is mutual fund. when i requested to change in nominee they received all court documents from me and issued a letter that changes have been incorporated. When i asked company over phone i came to know they had changed only saddress and nominee details were not changed. They even did not inform me about that. The policy is taking my so much of time and energy. Its now six years, i can not surrender the policy because of rigidity of rules.
