It has been 5 months since I wrote the IRDA examination, after which I was declared to have passed the exam. On requesting the branch manager, banshankari branch, bangalore, to give me my licence which he recieved from IRDA, he refused to do so stating that I may shift the branch. Upon insting for the licence he threatened saying that he would terminate my licence.
Kindly help me in this situation.
