HDFC Two wheeler loan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Two Wheeler in Feb. Total Amount is 39039.I hav epaid 20000 Hard cash. Remaining amount is finaciced by HDFC Bank. My EMI is 1199 for 24 months. Please let me know is it ok?

Also inform me I have not submitted RC book to them. Is there any fine for that.
