HDFC used car loan

I am have taken a car loan from HDFC, since last 1 years getting deducted through Auto debit using ECS facility from my UTI bank account.

Since 3 days I am getting calls from HDFC recovery agents (Neeta/sheetal), that I have some dues pending for my loan due to late payment of EMI for this monthr (april). The reason they give is that my ECS is not honered (refer to drawer).

My bank UTI say the ECS has not come to them to get deduct, and they need letter to check the records.

I have told to these excutives about this but to my utter surprise these people are keep on calling me day and night and simply harrasing me for payment
