Hi,
today we met with one doctor who does not has his own Reg. No. from DMA, he is using someone else reg. No. while making prescription. In his prescription also there is nowhere mentioned his reg. no.
He is providing his own medicines in small white bottles which does not has its chemical composition mentioned/printed at the back as well as no batch no. mentioned any where on the bottle.
He has taken us 1000 Rs. just for 3 such small bottles.
when we ask what is the chemical composition for those medicines he simply denied and told that he won't disclose that reason he has told us: if i tell the chemical composition everybody starts making that medicines by them self...
Please advise what action we can take against these types of frauds done by unauthorised doctors?
