My consumer no. is 640690 and I am staying at Wadala (East) Mumbai. Doshi brothers are the service providers for us. Whenever we want to book a refill order for cylinder, their phones are either off the hook or they simply dont pick the phone. I booked an order on 3rd November through online booking. I was been told that a cylinder has been booked and order no. is 56. But I did not get any refill cylinder till date. Frustrated- I kept on calling them but phone was either engaged or ringing, ringing & ringing. On 12th Nov, again I tried on online booking system but to my surprise I got a new no. 40 . NOW WILL OUR TROUBLE END IN BOOKING REFILL CYLINDER EVERYTIME THROUGH DOSHI BROTHERS? THEY JUST HANG ON... IS THIS THE SERVICE GIVEN? IS THERE ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK ON THESE AGENCIES ON HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND MAKE THEM IMPROVE AND BE PROMPT.
