During EP-1 tour dated 25 May to 5 June Heena Tours and Travels Vile Parle, Ghatkoper services was very bad. The complaint was launched with Heena Ghatkoper office to Mr. Chintan.
No respose as of now and very bad way of treating their service
The services which everyone to looke specially before booking tour are
1. Manager does partiallity and very bad in handling customer. Room allocation, time management, relcutent in provding commited service for sightscene
2. Being executing Darjeeling tour for long and having lots of experience forces customer to wake up early to save to drop at air port with no lunch to save their cost and money.
3. Same tour executed by them have been given proper lunch during drop off and sight scene also compensated but our tour has to pay extra from our pocket
Heena tours and travels do not take any responsibility in providing answer to complaint and very bad in handling customer
Be aware of before booking tour to clarify all these things otherwise once you start tour your money is gone and your feel like cheated by Heena
Bad and pathetic customer service by Heena in all department (tour, management, food, customer handling)
Be careful before spending thousands of Ruppes.
