I own a 99' model cbz, i went to bhathinda service centre to get slow jet id no:99104kfn0000s jet comp(#35), explanation was that the product doesnt come from the company itself.. stopped producing it. i also asked him to repair my dics brake... his explanation..nahi ho sakata.
i request you to look into matter, if the customer is buying the veh, it is only when he has surety of it's service... this denotes markets in india for auto sector. and inturn company credrentials.
now i am sure that hero honda does not give customer satisfaction.
company has to reply to this complaint with the ref.
