I'm forwarding my request regarding the subject of rear brake not working efficiently due to this I have met with the accidents twice. Regarding that I've complaint but they suggested me to change the brake shoe liner at my own expenses but still facing the same problem. I want to resolve the issue before I will meet an another major accident.

I Owned a CBZ-Extreme, MH-15CC2767, CH NO. MBLKC12EB8GD04959, E.NO. KC12EB8GD04824 on 06.05.2008. And after one month itself I am continuing complaining for the rear brake noise and less efficiency problem at Jitendra Automobiles, Ganj Maal, Nashik-MAHARASHTRA. At that time they temporarily did some work and convinced me that they didn't have brake drum in their stock and next time they will change its brake drum. Next time when I visited there and asked for the change of brake drum in their stock, they refused and said it will take some time more. At my more visits also they refused to change the Brake Drum and I just returned with free services which was also non-satisfactorily done and took around 6 Hrs. Meanwhile, I also met with an accident just due to less efficient brakes. Alternately i approached to KAMAL AUTO CARE, JAIL ROAD, NASHIK for the same problem on 23.05.2009 as for the 5th free service but they told that there is no requirement to change the brake drum and the efficiency of the rear brakes are not less, when i requested them to justify them their words as my bike is run only 7025 KMS, they misbehaved with me and said " Tere ko kuchh malum bhi hai, pata nai kahan kahan se chale aate hain".
I am also not getting your free services properly, I am continuing complaining about rear brake problem but no one taking it seriously, There are lot problem of nut and screw loosening, I've lost muffler cap screw, side cover screw-2 times, rear brake actuator lever nut-1 time (which may lead to severe accident-Photo attached). Even after I always complained about the nut-bolt tightening check, they never listened my complains about less fuel efficiency, never did any battery check-up, never cleaned carburettor. And I found on discussion with other persons that they are also suffering from the same problems.
Sir, If you will look me as a your valued customer, I hope your immediate response to this e_mail. Kindly look in the matter on priority as the matter is very old and audit your free service Nashik centers.
