Cbz xtreme front shock absorber not changed

After checking the shockers 4 times agency told it is needed be replaced but agency from last month is saying parts are not available. They say stock will come in that day but it is never available.

Earlier there war problem in front wheel and rear shockers which was repaired after wasting a lot of time.

Due to front shocker problem i have fell down from bike and now it cannot be riden properly.
