Gear Problem

I have purchased bibe in mont of july, In this bike gear not shift easily. I have complaint many time to auth. dealer but always told me that this is in the starting (New) bike. after some time it will be resole automatiocaly. Write now my problem is same. Nobody response positivlely.

Pls help me and give suggestion.
