MY INCOMING CALLS & OUTGOING CALLS ARE RESTRICTED

Dear Sir,

My name is chander parkash & my cell no. is 9268181757. My incoming calls and outgoing calls are restricted before 3 days and I have also a complaint at your customer care by phone calling on13-03 & they said me that your problem is solved with in 12 hrs.. my complaint no. is PTC077326482.But there is no response from TATA indicom. Plz. solve my problem as soon as possible.
