Sub: Complain about Hero Honda Passion plus Timing Chain Sound and Poor Servicing

I wish to bring your kind attention for this problems that, I have purchased a Hero Honda Passion plus (red) on 19-04 chassis number and engine number as mentioned above from JMG Automobile, cuttack, orissa. After purchasing of 5 months, engine defects arises like engine oil licking from head, and i complained in PURI district authorised service center (LAXMIPRIYA AUTOMOBILES) at the time of 2nd free servicing but the staffs of the center misbehaved me and at last, after the total free servicing i got "timing chain" problem and at that time free servicing was over so they totally got irresponsible although i'm in paid servicing and warranty of 2 years. I've complained against this problem for 7/8 times but no response from their side. I'm totally irritated, helpless and tensed.
