I am a passport holder of hero Honda since 2001 while i was having 14980 points on my passport i had to service my vehicle and the bill for the spares and service came to above rs 5000 and i crossed the 20000 points and as i crossed the points barrier 15000, 17500 and 20000 the dealer ie focus motors ernakulam personal told that you are not eligible for the gift of 15000 points i would want to know what is the reason for the non issuing of the gift
